yawn - here we go again. Stripped the motor down last night and ive basically cooked the turbo and blown 2 pistons. The rings are cracked and so is the manifold :(. Ive ordered the pistons and rings and the new IHI turbo and manifold will be here tommorow. Ive also decided to fit strengthened...

Ordered the IHI roller bearing turbo today with manifold and injectors - will produce 365 bhp when fitted. I will get it remapped before the French car show / RTOC at santa pod 16th july, so hopefully i will be getting low 12s // 11s which will give the club some good rep. I am now £2k less...

Managed a 12.9 qtr mile at York on monday compared to the 13.2s i was getting before the LSD. Thats 0.3 of a second faster than normal....so i was getting 13.0 @ santa pod, so i reckon now i will see 12.7, although ive a little trick up my sleeve and am aiming for a 12.5.
