Couldn't get between the letters to polish it as it chewed polishing tips. So VERY carefully sanded between. Not a job I'll be trying again in a hurry. Thanks everyone. All that sanding must of saved some weight LOL:rasp:

Speak to Nic Hill @ Hillpower.co.uk. I had head & cam done by him on my old RSi, never got it RR'd but was noticably faster and mods were 100% reliable and useable. He does an air filter relocation to where the washer bottle is = nice cool air!

Powerflow have a very bad rep. Try AAS in Newburn, Newcastle, couple of the lads on hear are going there, just a few week waiting list tho!
