If you mean DJ software Virtual DJ is good for begginers but i prefer traktor.

T-cut will help mate as i used it for mine but they seem a bit deeper then surface scratches allthough i could be wrong but when you give it a propper wash next T-cut will be removed basically will show again. Maybe a touch up brush if there really small or spray if needs be fella good luck.
