I've connected my old pc up to my laptop, I want to tranfer a load of files across to my laptop and wipe the old pc clean, how do I do this? All i've done so far is connect the 2 via ethernet and the old pc is offline. Any ideas? Ta!

I get an error message when I trill install msklc, advising I need to install the .NET framework to continue. I go to download this and I get an error message stating this is already part of my operating system, so somethings not quite right somewhere along the line here....

Our current setup at home is: - Phone package: medium - Boradband: large (up to 10mb) - TV - XL Package, all the channels plus a few HD channels. The price has just gone up to £52 a month. How much would the equivalent sky package be, with say Sky Sports HD? We rarely use the home phone...

A button on my laptop keypad no longer works, specifically the "m" button. Is there a way of assigning another key on the laptop to be the letter m? Its very frustrating having to copy and paste that letter every single day :( Tried using mSKLC but no joy :(

I'm on L broadband, XL tv and whatever the lowest phone one is, costs us £42 or thereabouts? Wanna upgrade to 50meg broadband but that adds another £20 on!

If I bought an iPhone from Apple, which was delivered today, and I wanted to refund, whats the score with that? As I've looked at returning it via the self service on apples site and its showing the value of the phone pre-VAT, is that what they refund you?? I don't want to be out of pocket.....

I've got a strange problem with my laptop. Basically, regardless whatever browser I'm using or what program i'm in, everything seems to hang. For example, i'll be reading this website using Firefox, then it will hang (with egg-tier type thing), saying page not responding.... this will last maybe...
