just rung up long life to price a decat for my 172 and they told me that if they done a decat for me, because of the 2 lambda sensors each side it would cause the car to over fuel and she also said something about starving the engine of oil? surely a decat cant cause the engine to be starved of...
when i change gear hard i can hear the engine knock so obviously an engine mount has gone so i ordered a polybushed dog bone mount and its still doing it so what other mount is common to go that mite be causing the problem?
next decent day i wil be getting the wheels done, raining at the moment though and i dont have a garage to do them in lol

and stripped it ready for when i get my cage..

iv got the smaller of the 2 rubber mounts all in and that fitted lovely but the bigger one, theres no way it will mate up, the hole is just way too small?

will be ordering a carbon splitter just after xmas, going to order full poly bushes this week now and poly bush engine mounts, will get new wheels once i strip it and get a cage fitted.. these wheels will be going anthracite for the time being and some 15mm spacers fitted i think
