sound, im pretty clued up on polishing as i work in a body shop but dont use auto glym at work so wasnt sure wether it could be used or not.

are they a standard "one size fits all" or are they model specific?
a mate of mine has one he is thinking of getting rid of and i said i would be interested in it if it could be used on mine. im pretty sure that as it is off as 1.4 polo that they chances are, it will starve the engine of air...
think you can only use the ngk plugs mate. bosche ones will be wrong. not sure if they will cause any damage or not but will definatly effect the performance of the motor.
hope you get it sorted mate. i put the same thing on mine on tuesday and when i went to fit it i realised i had put the sleeves in the wrong bushies so had to change them round. good job they didnt need pressing in or i would have buggered them up swaping them over lol.
looks very nice mate, ive gave mine a major clean a few weeks back with clay and everything then just kept on top of it. will be giving it another proper wash tomorrow though and make a day of it lol.

what junction you joing the m6 at? im assuming junction 6. also what time do you recon you will be there so i have a time to aim for to get onto the m6. ill be joining at jnc 5 as its closer to me.
i used mole grips to hold mine in place first so i could see what it looked like before commiting to screwing it in. once i was happy i drilled several pilot holes and self tapperd it on. then trimmed the edges down with a sharp stanly blade and smoothed off with some 500 flatting paper. mine is...
at least it wont be as bad though. i detailed mine last week so just gona keep on top of it this weekend and next sat before we go. only thing is i went santa pod yesterday so i now have loads of rubber all over it :(
