its dust from work thats trapped between the lenses on my phone lol. , crap pics i know lol ive thought many times that it was dirt on my computer screen when uploading lol.

very hit and miss. if you flush it then you can get all the crap out of the engine. but you risk loosening any grime thats in there (if any) which you dont want loating around your engine. but like said, its good for things like stick tappets. but if you give it the beans every now and then...
its mixed with me, i usually see 2 on the way to work and thats it but sometime i can go weeks without seeing any then other time i can see about 10 in 20 minutes. it depends where you are.
