Managed to get it out, not to bad in the end bit of heat and a hammer. Done
Seems to be alot less 'julty' when changing gear

Sorry to have slightly stole this thread but I'm sure this helped the op lol.
Buy coilovers and slam it ! Other wise you will buy springs lower it 40/60mm then realise its not enough and you will end up buying coilovers anyway (imo)
Iv Only got a crappy little vice maybe i could do it with a big g-clamp
As for getting it off the car can I litterly just unbolt it or do I need to support the engine or anything ? Never really taken much notice of what the dog bone mount actually does :S
Not sure why the op is changing but I'm changing mine because 1. The car is on 102k and I don't think it's been done and 2. Iv bought a new coolant bottle to tidy the engine bay up a bit. :rasp:
9j is pretty wide on the front but as above it depends on the offset really, other than that if you already have the wheels beat thing to do is bang em on and see !

Yea I did think of Velcro but didn't know if there was another, more interesting way lol, ah and have you used a grommet to get the wires through of just drilled a hole ?
