I always thought short journeys were what killed engines. Would the short journeys lead to head gasket failure later on in its life. This is only my opinion.

Re: South East De-Dent Meet - Date TBC. http://www.automotiverepairsystems.co.uk/ They are the people we used last meet. Very good standard of work at brilliant prices. Is it going to just be a one man band or a few. Work could take a while with a big turn out.
