What kind of driving to you do? Motorway, town? Are they usually short blasts? I get around 360 miles to a full tank of Optimax, drive it fairly hard most of the time.

My 53 1.6 has climate control. When the A/C is flicked to on you get a tell tale squeeling (not too loud) of a belt slip. Happens only at high revs after medium acceleration and it can be stopped by putting the clutch in and then letting it out again. I think this is weird, does anyone else?
