I empty the card every day at worst, and usually every 6 hours when I'm using it so TBH it'd have to corrupt long before I'd fill 2GB to warrant it, just nice to have that extra space should I need it!
At least Microsoft have owned up to the fault and are fixing it - even offering an extended warranty and giving people newer consoles in return! As opposed to Sony who flat deny any issues.
Yes, I can read thanks. But file size limitation and partition size limitation are different things.
Hence my original statement, I thought FAT32 did 1TB drives? I've just checked, depending on what cluster size you use, up to 8TB is possible.
Forza Motorsport 3 is reason enough to buy a 360.
Crysis is the biggest justification ever for the fact that Consoles still suck ass when it comes to games.
Haha! Yeah, well she took my advice on the most of it and my mum found the 35-105mm in one of the boxes when she moved, asked if it fitted and hey presto. Another lens!
Yeah, got me the memory card for Christmas as the Ultra II 2GB I've got is too small. Advice taken on the course - I've...
I think it's as old as me, but I think it takes better pictures than my 17-85mm. Downside is mine being a crop then the 35mm is around 50mm, so it doesn't venture to wide-angle. Shame, as the 17-85mm is 'average' as they go.
I'm not quite done yet - I'm going to go for a relatively cheap *-400mm lens, but then it'll be done until I decide whether I go for a 7D or a 5D MkII this time next year.
Cheers all :-) just need to learn how to get the best of it all now! Thinking of maybe doing an evening class.
Well, a very kind person sorted my kit out for me this Christmas! I'd got a couple of bits (the body, 17-85mm EFS lens and the 50mm f/1.8 II) but it's since been supplemented with:
Canon EF 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5
Canon EF 28mm f/2.8 (on order)
Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L
Canon Speedlite 430EX II...
On the flipside of this I can think of plenty of reasons why the engine will have excessive wear:
1) Started every morning for 30 seconds to move it to the front.
2) Ragged from cold by the staff because of what it is.
3) Ragged from relatively cold by random tyrekickers.
etc.
That thing's been sat on a forecourt for months. That was there for 2 months before I bought Shauns! Don't spend that much. No matter how 'mint', it's not worth it. Mine was 'mint' and was a whole lot less than that and not in the most common colour.
Think maybe the dark blue or bronze...
Yep and yep - ace stuff! Hopefully should be here, going to try and get a date first day back (4th) so that I can arrange a man to fit a Parrot (well, a Bury, but close enough!) beforehand as there's sod all point getting it made almost pretty and having some greasy arse pull it to bits!
Click? If it's anything like any of my old Clios it sounds more like someone taking a lump hammer to the block!
OP - Air Conditioning is purely for cooling. For heat, you need the coolant to get up to temperature.
Ah, reminds me Russ - we ok for a provisional of 23rd/24th Jan for the Glof? It's in the country now apparently so shouldn't be too long. And have you got cover? As I'll haul it's sorry ass over, what with my lacking of.
