Google toolbar has a good popup blocker, I just use that to stop them coming up, would say it stops about 95% of them.

it's on us keyboard setup, you should be able to change it in control panel>regional and language settings, click on keyboards and hardware tab and then change keyboards (for Vista anyway) :)

In my old house I it had it's own room which was ideal - however moving from a 3 bed house to a 1 bed bungalow has caused a slight issue :D but I am not giving up! The cupboard and drawers are in my bedroom at the moment, much better for storing clothes in than my crappy MFI bedroom furniture :)
