I've got DCI badges ;) and yes i can blow away up to 911 turbo fast. Power isn't everything. Lack of weight is everything. which reminds me i need to go on a trackday/drag race diet, lol. fat:butt:
i did a 13.6. no diff. toyo t1-r's. 217bhp.
The diff will help you to spin both wheels ;) The slicks will NOT help unless they are drag slicks. Track slicks make it worse (i get a better launch with t1-r's than 888's) to be honest what works for me is no burnout, 1500-2000 rpm to stop bog down...

totally agree, if it was the first mod, it would be pads everytime. then fluid. then maybe discs (as the new pads would have chewed them up by this point, lol) then lines, then bias valves/pedal boxes etc etc

Flamed x2....1, double post, lol and 2, why would you leave old rubber pipes on when upgrading the rest of the system? If you need to upgrade the brakes, it's because you have reached the limits of the oe stuff, if you dont upgrade a component of the system it will be next in line to fail.......
Just looked at your thread, looks like 172 manifold, and 120mm trumpets and 423 cams are the main differences( apart from your engine looks put together not thrown together! LOL)
think my 172 manifold will be going back on, maybe swap my cams. but your car looks sweet
Not really, cheaper to rip everything out, and it'll be as quick as a 200bhp 1*2 and would has cost pennies.
only trouble is, i have done both and still want more speed, have to save up for another car now
