like i said paul if you are getting them for a good price then go for it as they arent that bad especially since i think these ones offer adjustable dampening
if you can rotate the rings with the c spanner then they sould be fine as it means that the height can still be adjusted. they honestly dont look bad at all and i have defo saw alot worst. how long have they been on the car for?
paul thats rust that on them. it happens to all coilovers eventually and they will just have to stay like that. jst need to make sure that the collar rings havent seized up and that they can be freely adjusted
actually looking at them again they dont seem that bad but most people seem to avoid gaz coilovers. i would go for it if they are going for a good price mate.
almost guarenteed it will be 58mm mate but go double check. its very easy to check. jack the car up, remove one of the front wheels and at the bottom of the suspension strut you will see 2 bolts and just measure the bolts from centre to centre and it shoudl be 58. this question has alreday been...
there is a guide on here on how to do it mate. i helped take my mate take his coilovers off his car which is basically the reverse of putting them on and it was the easiest thing i done. all it is is 6 bolts. however the top mounts may be on tight so you will most likely need access to an impact...
i got getting my front bumper, wings and sideskirts done for £280 including fitting. also got my cup spoiler paited for £30 and rear bumper for £80 so i think 1k is very very expensive mate
not camber but you can get the tracking done only at a tyre fitter. i would take them to a proper motorsport garage, get them to fit them and set them up properly just for peace of mind.
probably. brembo had his driveshaft cut and welded shorter as he was running some negative camber but then again he was very low because his car was set up for a track.
well im sure if go 70mm then i wont get into my drive but then again i could allways raise it whenever i wanted. most cars have a nose down stance normally. maybe you will need to raise it a bit if you want great handling but if your not gonna track it then just get it as low as you want. just...
