Silver Ph1 V6, last night at Tesco's Kenton Lane, Newcastle.
Looked low as f**k and like it was running negative camber. Only got a quick glance driving past.
Cheers Matey. Take it will work with the RSi gearbox as well as the valver/willy one?
Who said it adds character to the car!! Suppose the shonky froggy electrics add character as well!!!;)
I have heard that this is a common Mk1 clio problem, that the speedo needle flickers by as much as 8mph. It looks like it's having a fit!!! and it's really getting on my nerves:mad:
Do any of you clever people know how to fix this?
Is it the actual speedo cable that needs replacing or...
Personally, wouldn't recommend it. I have one. I'm ultra careful with mine, a bonnet sensor went south after just over a year, and the fobs are very femmer (£50 to replace).
Get the auto arm set to 1 min as 30 secs isn't enough. Avoid the auto lock, as it'll be all to easy to lock the keys in!

What wheels you running? I found that when I put 15's on a non valver/williams they rubbed like a b***ard with the torsion bar lowered! Had to get the lip ground off the rear arches and heightened slightly! Valver inner arches are wider than the standard clio's. Just something to keep in mind.
RSi's are great fun for embarrasing people away from the lights, a real sleeper. But go for the Valver mate! I ended up spending thousands just to make mine look and go like one!
Cheers guys. Was already running with just the vent fixed on. With the raincatcher on the bonnet is over 1 inch away from shutting so didn't know if it was worth attempting to chop the catcher!
I was wanting to fit a rain catcher to the under side of my valver bonnet, it attached fine but there isn't enough clearance to the engine to actually shut the bonnet. Doh! Has anyone else had this problem and managed to get round it? The engine's the 1.8 8v.
Thanks Adam
