Fitted a sub and amp earlier today was working fine, until suddenly, (YOU GUESSED IT) it stopped working... Red protect light came up on my amp and the sub stopped working.. Every time i pull the two remote wires out the back of the headunit the light goes off then when i plug them back in...

My biting point is really high, is this normal for clio's, only ever driven this one now. Like i said its way past the middle, pretty high up, not really an issue as im used to it now but yeah. :l

Mate has a 1800w sub and a 1000w amp, dunno if hes b'sing but its LOUDD anyway saw this, wondering if its worth buying, if not? any better options you guys know of, already got door speakers and 6 x 9's and a good headunit...

i was in first gear pulling away onto a big road, red lined first gear and it was on 7k revs for about 2-3 seconds before i changed it, i was half asleep, weird burning smell coming from bonnet, did i f**k my car up? thanks :(
