earthing point for sub

What is the best possible place to earth your amp, atm im using a bolt behind the rear seats but its not working, where else can i do it?

the thing that hold the boot carpet down works, thats where i put my earth lead. best of luck

i used to use the middle seat belt bolt on my amp

worked fine for years

not saying its right it just what i used in my clio

pretty much any bare metal, id prob make an earthing point on the the boot floor

the whole car is a earth mate. u need to make sure that u clean any paint of and away you go!

Like I said in your other thread, you need to get a wire brush and really go at the bolt so it doesn't have any coating on it at all. It will work fine. Also using a ring connector on the end of the wire.
