Does anyone know of anyone that will retap threads in or around Nottingham?

To cut a long story short I need some new tyres and can get a set of either of these pretty cheap. Has anyone had any experience with any of them? Which ones would you recommend? Will probably have 4 PE2's for sale after, 2x3mm and 2x4-5mm - any ideas how much someone would pay for them?

About 9pm this evening - pretty random! Just driving into town in the Disco, stopped to let someone around a parked car... Didn't even realise it was a V6 until it passed the side window! Looked nice and shiny whoever's it was!

How much paint / laquer should I need for all 4 bump strips and boot lock? So far it's all been primed and smoothed down with wet&dry:

When using central locking, either on the key fob or in car, the driver's side door lock won't activate... It locks ok when you use a key on the outside, but it doesn't then lock the passenger door and boot too. Does this just mean that the electric lock motor on the drivers side is buggered?

With my car being about 6 and a half years old nów, it's inevitably got some little chips in the paint on the edges of the doors... As far as I'm aware, I can't get a touch up paint/laquer for my colour (mv 632) which rules out the "Fill in, wet and dry, polish out" option. Any ideas for other...
