Central Locking Problem...

When using central locking, either on the key fob or in car, the driver's side door lock won't activate...

It locks ok when you use a key on the outside, but it doesn't then lock the passenger door and boot too.

Does this just mean that the electric lock motor on the drivers side is buggered?

If it wont lock using the plip then its the solenoid. Dont get the last bit though If you use the key barrel to lock the car its only that door that you locking that will lock

Yep that's right (couldn't remember teh name for the solenoid!) It would only lock the one door if I used the driver's side barrel...

Sorted it now though ta, I'd put the rod too far down on the handle when I changed it earlier!
