Just need some washers to fit under the compression nut it seems.
I am expecting samples coming off the laser tomorrow morning. If they do the trick...
Fantastic!!!!!
I cant wait. It has got loads of power now though. Its as docile as anything round town, so quiet, then ROOOOAAAAAARRRRR!!! Country roads beckon.....redline, change.....redline,change.....redline - banned. LOL :clown:

It's given my car a new lease of life - 50,000 miles on the clock now!!!!
Sounds great with the powerflow exhaust on now, and believe me, it sounded sh1t before, like a wet f4rt.
1. Er, wait for pmurray to answer this one.
2. Mmmm, prob best not to.
3. Hope not or I'm £275 down the pan!!!
4. Hope so! It's a software re-map so the code should always be there, again pmurray is the man to advise.
5. Paul uploads the code to his laptop, replaces it with his custom...
Uh? How do you know about the British Sugar factory at Newark living in Southampton!!!?
I live about a mile away from it. You can smell it on my drive this time of year.....not offensive unless you're p1ssed from the night before, then it's......spew......uh......not too pleasant......!
Paul reckons between 6bhp on a standard 172 upto about 14bhp on a 182.
Like he says, the low to mid range torque is really noticeable. Up about 20Nm.
Without RR, can't say increase I've had, but suffice to say I'm really pleased at the moment.
Fuel? Pauls about 70 miles away from me at Newark...
Took my Monaco Blue 172 '03 FF to RS Tuning in Leeds last week - pmurray on here.

Good news lads!
Phoned Admiral today, they haven't got round to cancelling my policy for the written off car yet, so they've amended the car type to the new one I've bought for the missus.
The end result is I've just got to pay an extra £26 to cover the difference in insurance group and my...
Am I right in thinking Admiral/Elephant and Bell are pretty much same company?
I haven't spoken to them yet, been too busy, first day back at work today.:(
Have always had wife's insurance with DirectLine, until this year. Saved myself £60 on the policy, sounds like it may end up costing me in...

- I'll keep you posted when I've had them on the blower. Thanks for your replies
Middo
- I have the 172 on the same multi car policy with Admiral. I have a bit of an advantage there, whereby I will cancel that and demand a refund for the remainder of the cover if they f*ck me over for...
I would be happy if say, I had the same car and the premium was the same, and they just carried on to the end of my insured period [end of October] Like I say, I've paid for a year.
Bit of a b4stard if I have to start from scratch again. 7 weeks....pah.:(
Happy New Year All. Wonder if anyone can enlighten me on the following.
Car pulled in front of the missus, she swerved to avoid, ended up hitting a lamppost and subsequently, to cut a long story short, the car has been written off. The other car f*cked off - missus was on the service road into...

He got there before me.
Change yr ISO setting. If you're indoors, you'll need a setting of about 1/4 sec without flash with the shutter wide open.
As GaryS says, ISO 400 should do the trick. Anything higher you'll end up with noise/grainy pics.
Ok, as above, just wondering.
Who has the most exotic car on the forum?
I won't get the ball rolling with my RS Clio 172 Mk2 '03.:o
Doesn't matter if its Renault or not.......post away guys!!!
Most people end up getting a 1KVA (1000vA) transformer with two power sockets.
about £50.
A search might help you find the answer you're looking for as to the duty of your 300vA one.
