My titanium silver phs1 is at present sitting on 182 Cup alloys. All in very good condition and wrapped in Exalto rubber. Sometimes I think they look spot-on, others I think I need to replace them with some original F1's in STD silver or anthracite...

Am now looking for a phase 1, and am in a position to buy. Have set myself a maximum budget of £2000. Really can't justify having any more in car, as basically is gonna be taxi for me to work, maybe 3x a week(14 mile round trip), and hoping to do a few novice track days. Use wifes golf for days...

Just been quoted this on Moneysupermarket through ESURE. This is for f/comp on '53' plate 172 Cup. I'm 29, had licence for 9 years and have 7 years no claims [minor 3rd party bump 2 years ago, not at fault]. No convictions, medium risk postcode. What sort of figures are you guys and gals paying?;)

Am soon going to be purchasing either a 172 ff [for the 2nd time]or Cup, just can't decide if it is worth sacrificing all toys and comfort of ff in favour of Cup model. If it makes a difference, mods I will be carrying out will be same on either, Maxogen, K-Tec stealth exhaust and RS tuning...

Have any Cup owners out there got the induction kit fitted which is shown on the Hill Power website? If so,are you happy with it? A mate is looking at purchasing........
