Love this mate, the colours are so vivid, and the exposure is spot on :)
Just bought a ten stopper so had to go out and try it out today....Wastwater was my location of choice, 65 seconds in the drizzle! Even in colour the filter doesn't disappoint, with very little blue colour cast which is...
Some nice shots there.
I'd upgrade the glass before the body. If you were upgrading the body though, i'd go to the xxd rather than a xxxd, as it'll be a more beneficial upgrade IMHO. I've been using my 450d now for almost 2 years and love it. Only now am I using it to it's potential, so...
Ghost on the jetty by Martin Steele., on Flickr
Over exposed in camera to give a high key mono finish, with added ghost on the jetty. It's a very common spot, so thought i'd go for something a little bit different, but keeping the overall scene.
Nah it doesn't sound strange to me, as between my 172, and now my 182, i've had a 426bhp Type R Scooby, and a 324bhp Turbo 2000....and the Clio would run rings around both for the fun factor alone :)
A couple from a moody, wet, generally horrible Sunday over the north east coast, Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh....
The calm before the storm by Martin Steele., on Flickr
A clichéd shot from Dunstanburgh, every man and his dog has done this one, and much better too, but here's my take on it...
Great idea for a thread....

Some great shots uploaded since my last visit.
Scott - Regarding the whole aperture thing, landscapes I never drop to f/5, ever. My landscapes, and more so sunsets and rises, are almost always shot f/16-f/20, or if I have some prominent foreground, i'll shoot f/9-f/11....i'm not saying this is...
Thanks folks
Thanks Colin, it's got a couple of things done, cup spoiler, Skoda splitter and Scorpion exhaust....for now :)
Cheers mate....I fully intend to head back up there at some point, so yeah, definitely, it's an epic road :)
Haven't really posted much/anything in here since buying the RB, so thought i'd share a couple of snaps from a couple of weeks ago when I was up on Skye/in the Highlands.....clearly not clean, but that's 700 miles of Scottish roads/weather for you :)

This one needs to be viewed large....if there is one road you need to drive in your life, it's this one, the pass to Applecross, Scotland...
Not massively big nah, I've driven all of it, including photographing and waiting for the light, in 3 days, but there are LOADS of photo opportunities everywhere. If you like landscape photography, it's a dream of a place, or wildlife too, with sea eagles, golden eagles, whales, dolphins, seals...
Yep, deffo!! When you headed onto the mainland, did you happen to go over the pass to Applecross? EPIC road, I have a 4 stitch pano to go on Flickr at some point of it, the 182 certainly enjoyed it, stunning road with stunning views.
