it makes me want too keep my RT too go too and from work and buy a nice car insure it mums name and let her drive it too and from work me have it in the evenings.........
i went into the back of a van doing 20 on a 60 zone(i was doing 60), i came round a bend too see him in front of me and before i knew it he was RIGHT infront of me i broke but too late, of course this is my fault because i went into the back of him.
none of those mods are performance mods (minus the suspension or brakes) but in terms of engine. it just makes it look nice, i understand why they do it, im just saying its f**king bullshit, i just have too put up with f**king shitters.
i understand that myself is a risk but asking more per year than what the car is worth is absurd its easy for you too sit back here and slam young drivers but when you just want a nice car and insurance companies keep knocking you back its a pain in the f**king ass.
fair enough but i just got a quote with mods declaring the car at 4k, 4800 a year. im not being funny but thats f**king retarded, i may be a high risk fine but 4800 a year on a 4k car, f**k it ill buy the RSi then insure it third party for 2400, am i not more risk too others in a 1.8 rather than...
i really like that car, id probably buy it but i doubt ill get insured on a car that modified at 17 (well 18 by the time iv bought it) will i?
especially after my whee claim :( unless there is insurance companys who dont frown upon mods (yeah right)
see thats what i would have thought, its your choice, you can take out trackday insurance so if i hit him he claims thru his trackday insurance if he doesnt have any his loss??? thats the way i understand it because you risk your own car blah blah blah?
also wondering when i look on the net for track days i see like £169 pound open pitlane? what does this mean exactly i mean how many laps do you get etc??? thanks :)€
What would the rule be on me buying a car for track days (bit of fun once a month or whatever) and getting my father too drive it too track days for me.
this would mean that i would not be insured on this car for the roads can i use it on the track???????
any other info on track days welcome...
see the discussion started about putting massive engines in diddy front wheel drive cars and it not being as great as it could be thus came "but if u could make it 4wd" lol... was just chit chat really.
is it possible too convert your average car such as a clio too 4WD??? if so how much approx does it cost, was having this discussion in the pub and just interested too see if its doable lol pub chats :)
yeah i woulda thought so for something like that, but a few white bits here and there shouldnt be a problem i dont think hehe, i hope.
but seriously... that looks immense lol... i want it hehe one day when i have my williams ^^ maybe... hehe
omg that looks freakin sweet haha..... that would cost me more than the RSi for that paint job though hah!!! also do i need too tell my insurance company if i painted wheels/a few bits of the car?
I'm looking at RSi's and i REALLY like the blue ones (like williams colour) was thinking of getting wheels and other little bits like the RSi on the side done in white think it would look pretty nice. was also planning on williams interior.
however my question is what other Colour combos you...
where did you get the renault munich plates!? i think they look AWESOME!
also i have yellow fogs on the RT, got em from local scrappy... i wanted clear ones lmao..
just wondering if anyone got any detailed pics of the old mK1 Sports 97-98 too me they appear too bee RSi with a wee engine?????? any pics very thankful :)
whats the spec on these 0-60 and that, im having a lil trouble finding it.... :(
Am i right in saying these cars are pretty much RSi's with a smaller engine, interior and wheels look same and that????
also whats the difference in the 1.4 maxim sports and just the normal sports :s??????

no finance both my cars wer under a grand, new one wont be on finance either, thats what living at home and working full time does for u.

im thinking of buying an RSi and am wondering how much roughly it would cost too have the wheels recond and painted white.
