You dont need to put it on the outside but you need to get it near a window. If your windows are smoked though(very likely) you need to put it near the front patch on the front windown. you can just see mine to the bottom right of the screen...

You can get the cap of and the tweeter pulls up. You just need to twist the the little grill thing off. It went on so it has to come off. No need to remove the dash

ive seen 60mm drop and 40mm drop side by side and there isnt no 20mm difference. Rob come look at mine and andys. Hes on 60mm and im on 40mm and you can bearly see a difference. Im driveing up to the outer hebrides either next week or the following week and im looking forward to the roads too...

dont believe its possible- fm modulator is next option but you do get different qualites-more exspensive doesnt always mean better either
