definately the belt, you dont have to be moving, even in neutral and revving it will do it 1-3k... also had a mate rev it and i heard it come from the belt, trying to work out how to tighten it up, hmm

its going to be buggy as sin anyway... all beta's are.... cant even get passed installing the fooker, yet to wait if it does install what problems it will have on run! lol

hmmm.... was out in it again tonight.... giving it some beans and it seems to do it alot more after a good thrashing? when changing gear it will do it slightly also after this? HELPPPP its v. embarressing!

what is this in my engine bay, seems odd to have a pipe taking hot air from the manifold and putting it in to the feed for cold air?? :S thanks alot, Sam

update: well me and my brother had a good look at it, cant see where the bolt is for the alternator, it seems to ber very hidden underneath the engine bay hmm..... got apic of a bolt which seems to be connecting to the alternator from what i can see... is this the one i undo and then wedge the...

yeah, i think it is a dial issue more than the actual sender/pump... i will replace that anyway, just incase :)

ive had about 30 on red out of it so far shortie wahooo lol.... do i put pekki in when the light comes on shortie, is that accurate the light as the dial is fooked isnt it.... which is making me think it is not the sender... more the actual dial itself

got a mk1 clio, its on the red light, how many miles will i get out of it with the petrol left in the tank? its a 1.4rt...... before you all say, get some, i cant because i have 0 pennies until tommorow :D thanks

ahhh that explains why when i was sitting with just my stereo on yesterday for about 10 mins, tried to start it and the battery had died?... needed a good bump starting lol how do i tighten it pat? cheers fella

quite a bad screeching/squeek noise coming from the engine bay on startup and sometimes when changing gear, think it is the auxillery belt?... how do i fix it, or does it need replacing? on a '94 1.4RT thanks alot :D
