I gave my car a good wash, poish, wax and EGP the other week and was wondering if I want to wax the car again with Chemical Guys Cherry Wax, do I need to re-apply the AutoGlym EGP. Also do I wax the car before or after the EGP treatment.

I was quoted £66 fitted from Costco in Avonmouth Bristol, but you need to be a member. I don't see why it should be different else where.

I think 195/45R16 are about £70 mytyres and costco about £66.

Sounds alot with sealant every week. Every week and wash and quick detail the car. Every month or two i'll polish and wax. Sealant every three months. People take the p*ss out of me for doing that.

50p bulb mate for halfords. Look at the plastic lense, one side will have an indent, just lever it open with a screw driver and cloth wrapped around it so you don't mark the paint.

It's because your brake fluid is too low. Probably check your pads, if you replace them the pistons will go back in the cailpers and raise the lever of your fluid. Check the pads before topping the fluid up.

Corsa will be quicker mate. My mrs was buying her Corsa C 1.2 16v SXI 75bhp a couple of years ago, we took out a 1.2 16v Clio 54 plate and it felt so much slower, probably down to the gearing. I think the clio was a second slower to 60, but definatley didn't pull as well as the corsa.

It's probably your brake switch, if your abs light is also coming on too. It seems quite common.

I got my car booked in on Sat with Renault, due to the ESP and Service light coming on. It came on 3 times on Friday last week, but nothing since. I guess there is a certain amount of start ups till it gets wiped, I just don't want to pay for Renault to plug it in and say there's nothing...

It's just infront of the rear beam on the passenger side. It looks like a small motor with an metal arm attached to the beam.

Like Pete said mate, it's your auto-adjustor on the rear beam. Mine did the same and went really low, I could see that the arm had broken. I had it replaced under warranty.

18,000mile service??? Is it a 182? If so, It should be 12,000miles then 24,000miles. Needs to be a VAT registered garage and use geniune Renault parts, to keep the warranty.

The ticking noise is normal. I believe it might be the carbon canister. The noise comes from the drivers side front of the engine, I had it replaced under warranty as it got more louder.

i believe it is. Mines just gone out of warranty, but the switch is under a year old, so I shouldn't have to pay for a new switch?

I had the abs, esp and Service light on before about 9 months ago. Had a new brake switch then, but now I keep getting the esp and service.
