I tighten mine to 105 Nm. Your bolt was probably damaged/weak. Official Renault manual says 105 Nm aswell iirc.

So your 182 is doing about 183 bhp with cams and inlet? Do you have any pre-modding power figures as i´d say these figures are too low.

My clios both have door switches and they are '02 and '03 models, so ph2 and ph3. The boot doesn´t have s awitch on it´s own.

O2 sensor fault triggered the engine light i guess. 2nd fault is related to the brake pedal switch afaik. Could be a faulty O2 sensor or damaged wiring.

D4F requires a special 14mm socket aswell. On the F4R you are fine with a regular plug socket.

Cheap ones will last forever if you fill them with sealant. You can even fill your shagged ones and they will be fine!

Bonnet sensor is only wired in the alarm system afaik. Could be a faulty door switch.

No need for special tools. Roughly: Drain box oil, take driveshafts out, remove subframe (unbolt steering rack from subframe, support engine), remove battery and gearbox mount, remove box and vice versa for assembly.

Exhaust mounts are easy peasy. If the rear ones are gone you can fill them with tigerseal to get them "uprqated".

Check the seal of the engine loom plug joining the ecu on the back of the engine. Mine was perished.

Brakes, tyres and a fresh suspension i would say.

There are no good coilovers for under 250 imo. If you want good lows have a look at FK Highsports.

Engine rebuild will be pricey, as you need new valves, guides etc. Could be cheaper to get a used engine. Try the wanted section on here.

Does it have hydraulic PAS? Or is it already EPAS? Airbag fault is most likely to be one of the seat plugs coming loose.

There is a mod which is totally free: rip everything off the car you don´t need. ;)

APs are quite comfy but will not allow "uber-lowz" (especially on the rear). They are more or less rebranded KW V1 basics.
