This is the only other photo I have. But I've swapped them now for BC's. However they are a full coilover unit now and I'm pretty sure there the same diameter as the Gaz's.
That's how they are mate. It's quite limited space there but rest assured, it clears. And it only bounces up and down so it won't hit body.
Pics of my Gaz's when I had them fitted. I know there GHA's but I think the rears have the same diameter.
Thanks mate. It has been a good car to me for sure, just feels lately that it's getting tired and parts need replacing. Probably placebo as it's just become a normal car for a while now.
And thanks on the pics. It was a EV charge place but after 9pm, all the shops are shut so its a self serve...
Que this weekend just passed and I went out early on Saturday. Came back and started the car and it was squealing from the engine. Sounded like aux belt, but I knew I'd replaced it recently. Then I see smoke. So I turned the car off immediately and opened the bonnet. Wafted the smoke away and...

Was driving home from work one day and could hear a slight hissing noise. Pulled up, turned off the car and turned on again and it was revving erratically at about 3k. Turned it off and restarted again and the same thing happened. Put it into first and drove it a few meters before it lunged...
Early in December myself and Steve @MrBlonde took some pics of the clios in a spot not to far from his house. With an idea we got a from a picture years ago, we got some gask masks and dressed up in overalls and took the pics. These was just for a bit of fun.
The new belt arrived so I fitted...
No wasnt me. Just wanted to see what clio as I don't see many about over here. I have a RB but there was one other in the town, but it didn't have stripes.
I thought I read somewhere that someone said touch-less was better for the summer months and sticks to the dust better, and auto foam was better in the winter seasons, when comparing the 2. Might have been John @ forensic unplugged.
Or the other way around, i can't remember!
I'm not sure if this helps but I had the same issue.
I don't run the standard steering wheel, but aftermarket one with a separate C/C bracket and buttons.
It was annoying me so I disconnected it all and ran it for a month without it fitted. I wanted it back for a big journey so I refitted and...
Quite possibly the best fast road/track RB out there IMO.
Everything's done properly and done to a great standard. It's definitely come a long way since you first got it those years ago.
You need to remember the front disk hub is deeper than the rear so although you buy the same size studs, the fronts will look shorter as they go in further. The next size up will compensate that.
