Silvervisions are the silver indicator bulbs, the indicators are the same on all mk2 clios yeah, the renaultsport badge on the 197 and ph2 meganes, cost just under £40 though (I just ordered one for my megane). I personally don't think the turbines suit the mk2, but it's your car of course.

Not too bad at all, as for mods not turbines please, silvervisions and clear side repeaters, new style rs badge and cup spoiler/splitter.
