right looking into putting h&r's on ym car, my question lies in fitment i'm running 172 running gear upfront e.g drishafts,hubs,struts etc but on the rear i'm running 1.2 rear axle with hub brakes, will a 172 coilover kit fit? i'm guessing on the front it will but i'm unsure on the back if...

dont put it on standard wings it looks crap tbh mine was in megs top 25 last year and the only thing that let it down was it was on front bumper and standard wings. ive just got myself wings and side skirts :)

look for a company called shark there sooooo underated their cheaper then anything else but amplifier/cost their the best

i used this stuff to do my plastic insert on my back bumper, barely has any stickyness to the backing of it which means if you c**k up putting it on theirs no second goes!

these are bottom mounted seats so you will bolt the seat to the frame and then bolt the frame to the floor :)

i had mine done at camcoat internal and external their best coating they did, and it has most certainly dropped the engine bay temps mine sits a whole mark below half and never goes over and it used to sit at the half way mark

well the copper bloody checked my car all over twice! took my keys off me to turn the wheels to check the tyres fully! but i keep my tyres in good nick pah 3 points just unlucky to be on my own geddes- was mine giving out smoke? as morky was giving smoke out infront of me to, weird

lesson for today is fine is £60 and extra insurance is £30 total = £90 not to far off cost of a track day plus petrol tyres brake pads ahh knowwere near it was worth it, those volvo's only get 18mpg or was that trying to catch me ;) (an observation i made from the back seat)
