Light flashing fast is a key recognition error. In other words, it needs a new key. Assuming that it still has all the necessary immobiliser components present.
I'm not going to be putting a package together for it, IMO the rotrex chargers are a liability, and I certainly don't want to be putting a warranty on one!

Yes I had one in a few months back, they may have the genuine tools. But not a f**king clue how to use them.

I can tell you now the timing is out ;) the last one I had in that was done by them was miles out.
The LSD doesn't always make noise when it's worn to the point where it's not locking as much as it should.
Easy to test.
Put the car on stands at the front - either wheels off or centre caps off the wheels so you can get at the hub nut.
Put the gearbox in neutral.
Use a beam torque...
I'm based in Glastonbury, you're best option is to get it recovered up here. If you have full cover with the aa/RAC You have the option to take it to a garage of your choice.
An mot tester can only check for what they're meant to. They aren't actually allowed to remove the lid from the oil cap ;)
