Sadly 197 cams don't go in on standard timing. You have to know where to set them up to get the gains from them. 200bhp is possible with an RS2 inlet and 197 cams with a decent exhaust setup/

Needs diagnostics. Not just a code read but a live data session. The ecu obviously isn't happy with something so isn't firing the spark or injector circuits.

Do the basics. Spark Fuel Compression You've done the spark bit, so check the injector. If that's ok, then compression.
