That'll be why then. the 4 XL was woeful. The 4A has a bigger battery that has less work to do...hence the full day without issue. I've been reading more on the 4A and watched a few other first impression videos. Love it. As a diehard Google device Android user that's decision made for me.

You'd be wrong! I don't get fun from being fast, I get fun from driving my car as close the limit as I dare. That limit changes based upon what tyres I'm running, but the fun is still there, I may just be going slower while having it.
