I've had just the one Spigen case. I got it almost 2 years ago and it's encased my Pixel 2XL ever since. I barely even register it's there. Great fit, good feel, raised bezel edges as you require @Coby. .
One of the reasons Goodwood is so, umm, good...you don't get choppers like this and, if you do, they're promptly pulled in and spoken to.
The only downside is the odd case of mistaken identity...I got pulled in once because a marshall had radioed in about a "black Renaultsport". I sat there for...
There's 3 long periods of acceleration at Goodwood...if then diff enables me to exit each of the corners beforehand just 1 mph faster, then for approx. 75% of the lap I'm going at least 1 mph faster than before...and that turns a best lap of 1:33.6 into 1:32.8...because spreadsheet LOL
Well...
Significantly!
I know I touched on it in the video...but Reg in his auto, which has the exact same power as mine, no matter what gear I'm in or what RPM I'm at, he just f***s off!
The extra and shorter ratios help massively I think, and the quicker shifts? I can just forget it LOL
Exactly. On the road, how fast you can go is generally down to your idiocy/brave levels.
On track, the 140 finding that time was a genuine surprise though...I did a double take as I was chopping the laps up when editing and thought "hang on...no way!".
I thought it might have matched the RS...
Not yet David, it'll be on soon though, I'm done with waiting!
As for the gearing, yeah they do differ between auto and manual.
The one going into my manual 140 is Jeff's from his auto 135, they share the same gearing. I don't know if the opposite is true though.
I recall that drag cubes with speed and downforce squares with speed.
So, comparing 50mph & 100mph;
You need 8x more power at the higher speed but only get 4x as much downforce in return.
That suggests to me that on an MR2 you'd struggle to generate anything significant enough to make it...
If that's cosmetic only I'd say 10-15 tops.
I had someone drive into the back of my Fiesta at 25 and it creased the boot floor massively and pulled the boot lid in as well.
That doesn't look too bad from the pictures.
I didn't see that but every money shift I've ever seen has had the driver's hand position as a significant contributing factor!
When I used to teach IAM I stressed first to second or third to second, the ONLY time your palm should face away from you.
I wince every time I see it on a track...
Not necessarily 100% worth of inclusion here but considering all the beat up sh*tboxes I've seen running here, coming across this last night was a nice surprise!
To the OP...just in case this has been missed and you order from Blackcircles without doing the TopCashBack thing...can I give you my bank details for the £21 instead?
Because if you don't use TCB you are just freely giving money away.
Driving the way the Cup does, and for a brand new price of £10,713 (what mine cost in 2003) I'd have been happy with candles in jam jars tbqfh.
If Xenons are that important to you then you go buy a normal 172.
What about when/if someone decides they'll go for a late lunge up the inside and wipes you out?
You have no recourse against them...your insurance policy or footing the repair bill yourself is the only option.
My car has a ventilation system that allows air into the interior cabin without needing the windows open...so that's fresh air, no wetness, and sleek slick looks. 100% win.
