Will listen out lol ;) ''POP POP BANG BANG POP''
Does anyone mind hanging about at the Shell garage on the A38 whilst i fill up? Not sure exactly where we are going and not buying a road map or sat nav lol
I got the same thing on my Cup. No codes no dash lights, sh1t on idle, it struggles with any acceleration upto 3k and second its warm runs perfect. Mine never starts on the first go though, always the second. It's bloody strange and annoying. Hope you find a fix ;)
Cheers Dave bit it's a bit too late lol it's on my car now. I only did very thin coats from about 10am and had it drying on the radiator after each spray for about an hour. Then put it on the car about 6:30pm. So all in all it's been drying for over 8 hours in total
Ok so i've taken off my front diamond and just put on the second coat of Laquer.
2 coats of Plastic primer
3 coats of white primer
2 coats of laquer
Just wondered how long Spray Laquer usually takes to dry before i put it back on the car??
It doesn't say on the can or the internet.
Cheers
The hiccup was I got one side off and went to fit the new shock in and couldn't get it on, i panicked slightly as i'd started and wasn't sure if i could finish lol
I reckon i saved about 70 quid doing both jobs, so a pretty good feeling.:approve:
Its just you ;) No, one step at a time lol I was shi**ing brick's doing this job incase something went wrong. But it is such an easy job a monkey could do it. Just glad i had the nerve to try it.
My rear shocks were gone and I needed to do an oil/filter change so asked for some tips.
Well i have never been any good with cars and never attempted to do any work myself, but as i was told numerous times about how easy it was to do the work i thought ''stuff it i'll do it myself''.
Well...
Got to give the lad his dew (sp) He has apologised for the way his mate drove. Pretty decent to come on here and do that if you ask me. But seriously Cem172 i wouldn't let your mate out in your car again, cos he'll either write it off or kill an innocent maybe even both.
That sort of driving wouldn't even be legal on a track never mind residential roads. The guy's a pleb and he'll either kill himself (GOOD) or a pedestrian.
