Unfortunely i don't remember what FIA J-annex say about it, but you can find it in national fia federation of Gb. They change papers after some crash, and your idea about y- bar isn't safe. One side is much stronger then a second one.
When you have so much rust you can trysome really hard specifics. Brunox or something similar. You put a whole bottle in atomizer and after brunox catch rust, you can put some wax etc
Nice work, at net few weeks i put shafts form r19 with longer wishbone, and that should give me an extra 8 cm in front, when i use spacer i need maxi front fenders
I put new shifter and it really work wonderfull.
But dust from road and heat from exhaust was uncomfortable so i put a rubber from old polish car.
I also change screw from M4 to M5 in Canards.
And last thing, i remove all stickers, repaint some parts in car and I polished with machine...
