Whole interior sprayed on white.

I start theese project in another clio body, but we make theese one from zero..

Old interior, now i make two seats.

I wait till end of winter and i make new photos. Cause many things was changed, but i don't make potos.

Quick update: my car on trailer

Some ride In short karting track

New aluminium strut bar, bought from celica for 3 pounds/

Package from England with Magnecor.

New end of Exhaust causa old one was too loud

Battery removed from passenger seat to end of car

New carbon legs cell

I change and relocate a handbrake rod

Almost ideal..

New clocks almost fitted

I cut rear bumber to free ait from down of car.

And i add some stop lights.

And for end i put standard lamps + Clio two eys blend + renault sport poli cover for lights.

Next update soon cause I prepare for first track in these year.

New 16 row oi cooler arrived

Work much better than old mocal. When i instal VDO oil temp gauge i see how much colder is now.

Yes spoiler dosn't work as good as aluminium one, but i like 90's style. I make most thing myself so i know my car

Time for little update:
i put used toyo R1R, and new speedlines but no from williams.

I go on track and here some new onboards - only 3rd place in class:


i put new thermo bandage cause old one was in ruin.

New stri gauge was broken ( from USA so no guarantee) so i put 30y old Voltage from VDO, new oil temp gauge from vdo, and 15 y old oil pressure gauge from VDo with new sensor.

And finally i only wait for last package from italy with new short shifter. Should be much better than standard one on uniball, because here we have Spring like in CAI shifter.
Now misshift should be almost impossible.

I put new shifter and it really work wonderfull.

But dust from road and heat from exhaust was uncomfortable so i put a rubber from old polish car.

I also change screw from M4 to M5 in Canards.

And last thing, i remove all stickers, repaint some parts in car and I polished with machine whole bodywork.

And now car wait for trackday.. or new buyer.

Time 4 up:

Thicker car stabilizer:

25 mm aluminium distance between gear knob.

When I see the thickner sabilizer work, i make it much better.

And I add some orange sticker.

And i run in Classic auto Cup ( polish contest for youngtimers )

I drive bit too cloose.



Next day i went to another track day:



And my future plan:

Longer shafts, steering rods, and another steering rack.

And i change and weld gear rod.

Yes i still rebuild it. At theese moment we try to put r19 stearing gear to clio, but nobody know is it the same part in both cars..

Quick up. I wrap a fuel cup, and cut a front bumbper.

But most importand jobwas adding extra 10 cm on front axle

We cut it on laser.

Unfortunately man who was welded these parts, has got bad day

Now i wait for maxi front fenders to paint them.

I also sent for regeneration standard steering gear. And new hydraulic lines.

New brake lines.

And now it's time to rear beam and fenders

Golf I gti fuel filler.

We add some air fed in hood.

We add some metal in Jack attaching

And i wan't something like that i next few weeks.

And we finish front and rear suspension.

I cleaned the air filter.

And we went to the trackday.

Finally I almost fix-it.

Love this project, it's mad and brilliant. One of the few Clios out there that needs 17" wheels though!

Unfortunately i spend money to repair it. So 17 in future becuse i need 12 rims, and 12 tires

Time 4 up. I put slicks on rims.

Front bumber on his place.

We put new stickers, fix all problems and went to trackday.

38 degress on plus, wchich make lot of problems.

But fun was greatfull.

When I back to garage i change some parts.

And send injectors to the Service.

And I port the throttle body.

Now it work much better.

But rear wings need some support.

New 60mm exhaust system onboard

A whole system in 60mm diameter, v-clamp, and silencers build of stainless steel.

And some work with underpressure of engine.

Another update.

New cooler holes.

New air fed.

New GoPro mount.

After the track i made a new computer mount.

Old speedometer cable.

And I made a new air intake from the resin.

I adjusted the convergence of the rear wheels

New exhaust heat shield

And i change the brakes from 285 to standard 259 discs, standard yokes, etc.

Almost new Hankook Wet's and slicks.

And first set of Intra wheels. ( from Honda )

And a second one.

...painted by me. And wheels on car.

I screwed up the new tow hook attachment \.

And last ride these year.

And that's all. Now i wait for new gearbox with 4.9 main ratio.

Weight and cost of 17 is crazy. 13 inch cost about 15 euro in Italy. For almost new slick tires. And handling is really awesome
