..For the Gf. I bought my Golf Gti on the 23/04/2010 With 105k on the clock. It is a decent base to start from with only 2 owners from new and a full service history. The car does require some work before any real mods begin, but its a good solid car to start with. I've no crazy mods planned...

I dont really drive the 172 much but driving it last night it seems to have a very intermittent stutter/missfire?? Its there ever so often when your holding it at constant revs. Its on 73k at the mo, and me and John arnt sure if its had its plugs done yet (72k is when the should be done...

Now on 70k but she passed her MOT this morning, no problems at all. Also my 5 door passed the day before, again no problems, probably the best £400 car ever! Going to keep the 72 for another year, tidy a few paintwork issues up. Happy :)
