Appreciate the thought and the etiquette, by and large the whole day was run really well and driving standards were pretty decent. If I see a car that's remotely quicker than me I'm straight on the indicator and clearly moving to one side. We all want to enjoy our day ?

I thought it would be sketchy on a damp track but within 3 laps I was giving it some proper stick! Had so much confidence in the car whereas I've had it before where I'm tip toeing right, no worries! A diff is a massive gamechanger

The gearbox software revision on the pre face-lift models makes a world of difference. I hated the gear changes, everything about how it took too long to change, work out what gear to be in, just too clumsy. When I had it done it completely changed the drive of the car, coming up to junctions...
In a world where electric is imminent I think its great that car companies like Renault are doing this kind of thing. So it's a 3rd generation 'clubsport' type 'limited edition' they've done, who's to say that the next Trophy might even be a hybrid or all electric version.... Look at the Zoe...
