HELP! need to open bonnet on my cavalier! i had to change the battery in the dark the other day and i think i may of left some tools on the slam pannel! one the passenger side sits hald an inch higher! the release ever works but isnt dissengaging the latch! suggestions???? help!

Recently My Idle has screwed up!...think this is down to the speedo earth. other two problems 1 - outside temprature has stoped displaying...lights up but no figure 2 - rear wiper dossnt function! fuses fine! lost and confused?

How difficult is it to change an alternator on a valver? easy diy?? i am mechaincally minded but wouldnt take on a full rebuild! done turbo swaps, rocker cover changes, exhausts, decats and the odd RT - Valver front end conversion! Thats about it!

Wel found out this afternoon that my cambelt tensioner has snapped! Reckon it wassnt changed last time the belt was. Unhappy! Soooo we are going to fit a new tensioner and belt and see if it will fire up. Very unhappy iam now driving another 1.8.....chavalier!

Due to my timing belt screwing up on me the other day, iam looking into getting some cams for my engine. I have a BBR starchip, would that need to be remapped for the cams? If so how much am i looking at for that?
