Re: 'Cub's Trackday Flamer - Cage etc'
They put in a bloody good effort, didn't they?
I can't take any credit for the BBQ, it all goes to Pete, my hero! And thanks too to Scott for the damn tasty burgers (once they'd been properly thawed in the middle), and Rob (?) for the buns, I owe you...
Have the Sachs dampers ever been refurbed? If not expect to pay ~£500 to have them done. Does it even have the dampers or is it running a Cup setup? If so then it's just a red (/pink) 182 ;)
Cheers for the comments mate, I didn't know you also had a Trophy with an RS2 as well as your 182. Have you got a project thread for either of your cars?

Cooksports are also a very performant spring, however, they are a bit crashy at low speed, especially on broken surfaces. The reason I run...
I wonder if the quality & finish of Ferrari paintwork is as bad as when you pick up a new car from VW / Ford / Honda etc. You sometimes see extensive swirl marks, which is surprising given they're supposed to be brand new cars. I guess Dick Lovett don't let the work experience kid loose on...
And the aux belt interval is 3 years too, so if that hasn't been done since 2009 it was well overdue, could have failed and lunched your cambelt.
Good luck with your investigations OP
