    Dragster breaks in half!

Damn! That could have been so much worse had it landed any other way!

    remap bucks area?? ££

Nope, plugs into ODB - flashes the ECU - then you don't need the box anymore - you can then sell on for what you bought it for :).

Clio pulling to one side on throttle

Did you get the geometry setup done after installing the coilovers? And are the wheels balanced?

Any pics after polishing it? Paintwork looks pretty fucked on those pics.

    Glisten - The reviews thread

Looking at the pics it looks to bead ok, but not as good as others (Hydro2 for example). How long is it lasting for?

Oz f1 won't sit right on car. Knocking when cars moving.

Get it balanced before you get it machined, F1's are like cheese anyone, so it's probably out of balance and vibrating the bolts loose.

    MarkCup's Fiesta ST

Crazy money for the bhp gained. Torque is a very nice figure, but considering you get no warranty, you could go to billy bob with £2k and get the same/more figures imo. Bloody impressive figures from that 208 GTI, shame the 30th Ed is so ugly with the two-tone scheme.

[Aug 1, 2015] ClioSport Saturday 2015 (Blyton, Gainsborough)

Looks really good, nice to see trade stands back - hopefully some nice detailing stands there  Sounds like it'll be Gaydon++, as I felt that was a good venue, especially when the other stands were there, except there's much more to do here :)

[May 16, 2015] West Midlands Rolling Road Day (Viezu Technologies LTD)

Should be good :) though I hear RSUK had their RR cancelled (it was tomorrow), apparently they were updating their rollers since moving buildings, and the parts haven't arrived. Not that it affects us though (lol if it did).

Laptop - Need your advise. (broken)

New thing to me if that's the case, never heard of that before personally, but out of touch with the OEM scene :). But yeah, should have a key SOMEWHERE, if not, try and boot in, you can get the key when ur in windows. Interestingly, Microsoft are offering everyone a free upgrade to Win10...

Car cleaning numpty - what shall I buy?! <£100

Really depends on each product imo! A basic list you want: * 2x buckets * shampoo * wash mitt * drying towel(s) * polish of some sort * sealant/wax * interior cleaner * glass cleaner * tyre gel

    Negotiating on Price (182)

Didn't see anyone mention stamps, but service history. Lol But in that time you get a free warranty assuming it's service is maintained, so why would people bother doing that.

    Detailing Chat & Questions Thread

Buy it, they call it Battery Top-Up water at Halfords  like £2 for 5L. Interesting, when I applied Hydro2 on the weekend, I used way too much, still couldn't get it to mark. Reload on the other hand...

It was an act of god, he was foreseeing your fatal flaw in grammar/spelling with regards to the title, and so has punished you for it early, think Jason Bourne, except slightly different. 1. Laptop - Need your advice 2. Laptop - Advise me please! Also, with regards to container of squash - did...

    What have you ordered? *Detailing*

Lovely list, but the price of those buckets is just ridiculous. Got 3 buckets for £3 from Halfords, add in a grit guard and it's as good as any other, except I got 3 for £3, instead of 1 for £30.

    Negotiating on Price (182)

There are many Clios around for £1200 if you look, condition of them is probably less than you want, but it is possible. Seen a few around £500-700 too :)

    Applying badge on waxed car

Clean area with washing up liquid (diluted) or LSP remover if you have any, then apply. Polish/wax after.

    Negotiating on Price (182)

Buy on service history over anything else. Avoid imo. It's all very well saying get the belts done when you get it, but if it's not had regular oil changes then it's probably a right dog.

    Thoughts?

    Silver badges ftw.

I have a Clio diesel. I have questions.

Sounds good to me imo. Sad thing is, I do the same miles weekly for my commute too, wish I only put £10 in!
