Just out of interest do you fill up with a particular brand of fuel or just go for the higher octane (98-99Ron)
Sounds well on the launch control vid :cool:
I have the OE Dunlop Sport Maxx RT tyres on my 200T and to be fair on a recent trackday in France was pleasantly surprised how well they performed in the damp to wet conditions. I think the chassis helped too but the tyres felt grippy when putting the power going through the long corners and...
I did yes, they spoke to the technicians and others and said that if it's not ticked on the options from new then it doesn't have the loom and software. The costs involved to then retrofit becomes too much.
Maybe he spent the first night sleeping in it, must be amazing to have that new car feeling. The buzz of ordering, waiting, then finally picking it up.
Had a long weekend in France between last Friday and Monday, in between that was an organised trackday with a club called Picardie Renault Sport in the Saturday.
Just a few photos of some of the cars at the show
It's an option but one near the bottom of the list. It would have to be minimal, like adding 0.5 or something. I don't know what that equates to in terms of wheel tuck but yeah ideally I'd like to keep it as std in looks as possible.
There's more to play with, not much though. The 8J ET48 JUST about works, literally. It's the rear I'm having mares with, I'll take a photo of the front.
@NorthloopCup
I took a photo of the rear wheel and arch, bar getting a tape measure I think it shows how close it already is with the ET55 and 7.5J.
An 8J instantly pushes it out 12.5mm
It sits outside of the wheelarch and will rub. I don't want a car that looks like it's had the wheels 'spacered' big time. Either flush or literally just inside.
