    Autel Maxicom MK808 and Topdon Artidiag are free updates for a year. Launch CRP129 Evo is free updates for life and should do most of what you need. (i have one).

    No not supposed to, however you'll still be getting full power on loosening stuff, just not tightening. If you set to 3 and then remove the battery, will it stay on 3 then?
