i know it has to be the exhaust somewhere long the line. up to the cat its a powerflow custom side exit. accordnig to quickfit the cat is warpped at the joins and would need a new cat so took it to local garage to get it done cheaper and they said they can repair it without replacing the cat...

2.0liter williams engine wiring loom dash exhaust system new engine mounts willy/valver gearbox (just off the top of my head but then again i dont know anythign much bout engine conversions) oh and it would probably cheaper to buy valver or a higher mileage williams
