MINI UPDATE: Gearbox is out and the cause of my horrid noises were shagged main shaft bearings! So whilst that's getting rebuilt it would be rude not to renew and upgrade a few items! :wink: Courtesy of @NorthloopCup the box will be treated with a lovely new Quaife, and a lightened flywheel...

Forgot to add... ARP conrod bolts, and a Megane keywayed crank pulley I'm assuming restrictor is the standard one that comes in the kit bought from ktec. As for fuel its always run on Shell V Power, and that's what it was mapped on. The car drives spot on apart from the now poorly gearbox...

I will be definitely making up a new intake/air filter location and routing. It's currently sitting in a bloody hot area. I'm pretty sure the intercooler is up to the job. Although some shrouding wouldn't be a bad idea!
