makes me laugh how people say that grommets dont look good. more subtle than the cup blanking plates, and if filled/smoothed over/painted you cant put the washer jets back in.
besides, the r26r comes with rubber grommets where the washer jets usually are! and no one complains about that! lol.
very clean! looks amazing.
would be perfect if the back was raised by 15mm and the front by 10mm. imo of course. suspension just looks a little on the broken side.
could have been my car you saw. just go to halfords etc... and get a small variety pack of rubber grommets. or measure the hole in the bumper and buy the correct size grommets. they are very cheap. not like the cup plastic things.
splitter looks good.
yeah i think tow rings look a bit out of place on a stock 172. also not a huge fan of the yellow fogs. for a clean front end...
- remove the tow ring
- insulation tape your fogs black or remove them
- remove the headlight washer jets, and blank off with rubber grommets
-...
been with them 3 years. no complaints apart from they wont insure my 26 year old girlfriend because she has points on her licence for talking on the phone while driving 3 years ago.
yeah, buy a spare boot release with diamond off ebay, they usually come up for about £15 or so. have a play with it and if you break it etc its not the end of the world, you always have the original. lol.
no probs for the help.
i think it cost me £90. there was a small dent and the 2 holes to be filled from the badge and a full tailgate respray.
front diamond pull's off, be very carefull tho, the pins can snap quite easily.
rear diamond is slightly harder to remove. open boot, remove plastic pannel, there are 3 nuts...
most people on here will say pe2's. but i get along well with t1-r's and they are not silly money. however when im next due tyres im going to try hankook v12's. they seem pretty highly rated and are reasonably priced.
use the search button on here to find lots of opinions on different tyres.
sills look great but i cant help but think that yellow, black, red, green, antracite all together looks a bit of a mess.
cup spoiler needed, that would look great, and cup splitter
thats a good price. tbh i dont think i could post them and make anythinng at all on them lol. you are prob best getting them from there, they are brand new then too.
just make sure they are m12 x 1.5 with 60 degrees.
handling is good imo. improverd a little over standard, lowered slightly, less bodyroll, not crashy, good turn in. great set up for standard shocks. i have used cup suspension, apex, prolines and sportlines. i like sportlines best as an allrounder.
