That's odd, however it sounds like the steering lock is preventing the car starting. I would still get the battery checked. If it still does it after a new battery, it could be the beginning of a steering column failure.

No print out, mine is done by hand with camber gauges and string line. The guy doing it will know what it means. Those settings are a good start for track. You will have to shim the rear stub axles if you find it's massively out.
