    Euro Inspired '02 1.2 16v

No offence but its nothing different atm. If you want to pull off the low and wide look, you need to go low... and wide. There are a few cars on here that have achieved it and they can look ace! It's not bad atm, I like the wheels. And the colour.

low and slow ;) (teaser pics)

Raised top mounts, raised engines, chassis notches, custom subframes. Why doesn't anybody do this with a clio?

    MX5 Number 2.

I've been looking at RA's for when I get my one. That, or G60 steels. Cheap winners.

My Bora is looking pretty RUF these days...

A lad local to me has a PD150 thats had all kinds of power s**t done to it. Tried a powerflex dogbone mount bush and it just turned it to dust! LOL BTW if anyone offers the right money I could be tempted to part with it, just I don't really need it anymore. But I love it so you'll have to make...

    MX5 Number 2.

LOL SAME! Exactly why I went for it. Plus my mate was going to scrap it otherwise, and the body was too clean for that. Especially considering its a UK Spec car.

VW Bora - Winter Gathering - New Wheels!

Re: Bora With Genuine BBS splits They look so nice refurbed. If you don't want them, you'll have no trouble selling them!

VW Bora - Winter Gathering - New Wheels!

Re: Bora With Genuine BBS splits None. So many people wrongly assume it'll f**k stuff up, if anything keeping it on is more damaging. In essence, the ARB is there so the manufacturer can soften up the suspension without losing cornering stability. By fitting coilovers, you're making the ride...

VW Bora - Winter Gathering - New Wheels!

Re: Bora With Genuine BBS splits If you're going down the static route, 18's are the winners. Easy to get some nice fitment on them. 17's leave arch gap, even if you're low. You can see from mine, when the chassis is sitting on the floor is the only time I don't have arch gap! And 19's will...

    Le Mans 2012 - 8 Days, 1260 Miles with a 20yr Old Caravan

LOL looked awesome! The video of mad friday reminds me of Edition 38 last year, started as about 4 lads on sunloungers pissed shouting "Rev it" and just got a bit mental... I say this every year. But I will go next year, for sure!

VW Bora - Winter Gathering - New Wheels!

Re: Bora With Genuine BBS splits Wow this Merk fella is a bit of a wenis. Anyway, probably the right decision mate! Hopefully selling these will give you the funds for something more suitable!

Since you all love Static lows.

In my opinion I'd rather own a bear that rapes me every time I attempt to leave my bedroom than own a Peugeot. Swings and roundabouts really.
  27. Jason_E

My Bora is looking pretty RUF these days...

By that I meant, I know how s**t the quality of the metal and protection is on cheap coilovers. Therefore I'd spray the s**t out of it, usually with chain wax! (Works a treat). Correctamundo! That's why I went for it, also not that expensive to insure compared to the 150.

My Bora is looking pretty RUF these days...

I would have sealed it... if it was a set of £200 coilovers. Not £1700 worth of suspension. Meh, lesson learnt I guess! May just paint them a silly colour. BTW that was taken a while back on a day where I was sealing a chassis notch, hence why that is looking bare.
