I don't have any images to hand from the good lady. Will see what I can find.
Seems weird being back in the UK. After travel and shooting photos of locals of all ages, I now feel like a right paedo taking basically any people shots as there are usually some kids around somewhere and I'm sure...

It really is a culture shock.
Have already seen a chav fight in a local town centre at 4pm on a Saturday evening!
I love your London shot, spectacular stuff!
Images are coming out quite well usually and to be honest, not right up to 250mm that often.
Not a case of building confidence, just not going up to strangers pointing a camera in their face in places where English is rare.
I'm sure in the UK, it wouldn't be too hard just to talk to people and...
My missus shoots plenty of street photography with a 55-250 lens, usually closer to 250mm which seems far enough away for most "subjects" not to mind too much.
That has been mostly abroad though, not been in the UK too long, although we have grabbed some people shots in Yorkshire and most don't...
Interesting thread idea!
Based on photos taken just in 2012, these are mine.

Great images, but then again I always enjoy your posts.
Interesting lens/body stats too.
My personal favourite is probably #7.
Have to ask, did the Golf on 2 wheels get saved or did it roll?!
I found the same with a few shots I took of a Daytona in Bangkok, same conditions, works wonders surprisingly!
The 50 1.4 is an epic piece of kit. We've got ours back out for people shots now!
Saw a very nice Inferno 182 somewhere near Halifax yesterday, sure I recognised it from here.
Also had a cracking looking blue 197 following us through Hipperholme.
I recognise some of those spots for the long exposures from when we were there in September.
Great shots as ever.
Really liked HK, especially for night shots.
Can't wait to go back!
Great shot, Niall. I have a 50mm F1.4 for my Canon and it really is a phenomenal lens!
Here is one of mine from Vietnam last week.
